For larger projects, a  transport assessment is necessary to prove that the wider transport network is capable of handling the extra traffic.  The planned expansion of RCCG House of Praise to provide a community centre and extra capacity for the church required further investigation to prove that it would not increase traffic at peak times.  Parking surveys, accident investigations and TRICS analysis were provided to show the transport network would be able to cope.
