Some locations are ideally situated for low or zero car households and these are the ones our transport consultants enjoy the most.  With the railway station less than 5 minutes walk and a 10 minute train ride to Birmingham, this former shop and self contained flat was ideal to be transformed into a HMO.  A Transport Statement and Travel Plan were provided highlighting the excellent links in the area.  Parking surveys were provided to show there was sufficient capacity to handle any parking which may be associated with the property.
